We are glad to announce a collaboration between Village Gulf Hospitality Services and the Dubai Mall. On July 10th , around 30 selected Italian students from the project Millennials Meet the Future were hosted by the staff and began their training activities. In particular, 5 cooks were welcomed by the staff of Opso Restaurant and had the opportunity to observe the kitchen and try some dishes. Also, in the following weeks, the cooks were welcomed in two more restaurants: New Shangai and Awani.
In the meantime, the fashion students were taken around to explore the glamourous shops of the Fashion Avenue with a personal shopper. Finally, the girls from esthetic and wellness were introduced to different beauty shops and had the pleasure to try handcreames and perfumes and to see more in detail how the perfumeries are organised, especially because the perfume sector in Dubai is very active and prestigious.
We thank Mohamed Abd Elsalam, Dubai Mall tour guide supervisor, for having organised the work experiences and guided the students around the Mall; we also hope to keep this collaboration for new projects in the future.
